About the Role
We are hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will greet visitors, answer phones, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
