The company's roots go back to 1989, when Mr. Ravindra Ganesh Nene founded a proprietorship focused on pumping machinery projects for various state and semi-government agencies in Maharashtra. With a background in mechanical engineering and an early career in industrial maintenance, Mr. Nene envisioned building a professionally managed engineering company that combined grassroots field experience with scalable project execution.

Incorporated as Yogiraj Powertech Limited (YPL) on March 29, 2010. This pivotal move enabled structured governance, stronger banking relationships, and access to institutional tenders.
Grown into a reputed ISO 9001:2015 certified EPC contractor with over 800+ projects executed, a workforce of 150+ professionals, and an annual turnover nearing ₹100 Crore.
From modest beginnings, YPL has diversified from standalone pump maintenance into turnkey electro-mechanical solutions. Today, we execute critical infrastructure projects across power distribution, lift irrigation, water supply, and urban infrastructure.
YPL’s execution capabilities extend up to 220 kV substation works, with technical readiness for 400 kV-class infrastructure. Our projects span diverse terrains—from coastal zones to drought-prone districts.
